What materials are your dog tags made of?

Our metal dog tags are made of hard wearing enamel, which is known for its durability and longevity. They are designed to withstand daily wear, ensuring they stay looking great for years to come.

Just note that they are not totally indestructible! so if your dog is a chewer, then we'd advise removing their tag/collar when unattended for longer periods. We'd also advise removing them prior to beach trips! (if your dog is a swimmer!) as prolonged exposure to salt water can wear down the enamel. 

2. How do I personalise my dog tag?

When you've decided on the tag you'd like, simply complete the 'dog's name' and 'contact number' fields when adding it to your basket.

NOTE: We will engrave your tag as per your submission, so please take the time to check that you've entered these correctly and that there are no spelling errors. We are not responsible for ensuring these are correct. If you have made a mistake, please ensure you reach out within 12hrs of purchase with the amend, so that we can alter your order. If made after this time you may be charged a replacement tag fee (as we will have already created your order.)

3. Are your dog tags suitable for all dog sizes/breeds?

Whilst we've tried to ensure our dog tags are suitable for all sizes of pup - super small breeds (teacup etc) may find they are a little too large.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 working days, then shipped out on a 24hr delivery service. You'll receive a confirmation email with details for your delivery once it has been sent.

5. How do I care for my dog tag?

Our dog tags are designed to be low maintenance. Simply wipe them clean with a damp cloth as needed to keep them looking their best. Just do make sure to remove their tag/collar when bathing them! as prolonged exposure to water can cause them to wear.

10. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the UK.
